Music That Makes Your Moment Unforgettable
Thank you for considering Heart Strings Live Music for your special occasion! We believe beautiful live music can transform a meaningful moment into an unforgettable memory. Our goal is to provide an elegant, personalized musical experience while keeping our pricing straightforward and your experience stress-free.
🎻 Our String Ensemble Pricing
Our pricing is based on the number of musicians performing:
● String Solo — $100 per half hour
● String Duo — $150 per half hour
● String Trio — $200 per half hour
● String Quartet — $250 per half hour
If you need music beyond the originally scheduled performance time, we are always happy to accommodate requests when our schedule allows. Additional performance time is billed in 30-minute increments at the applicable ensemble rate.
💍 Wedding Music
Your wedding day deserves music as beautiful and personal as the moment itself.
For a typical wedding ceremony, we recommend approximately:
20–30 minutes of pre-ceremony musicAs your guests arrive and the anticipation builds.
20–30 minutes of ceremony musicIncluding processional, special moments, and approximately 2–3 selected songs.
Approximately 10 minutes of recessional musicAs you and your guests celebrate the newly married couple.
Every ceremony is unique, and we’re happy to work with your timeline and musical preferences. Please note that some religious or extended ceremonies may require 90 minutes or more of musical coverage.
⏰ Arrival & Performance Time
Our musicians typically arrive 30–45 minutes before your scheduled start time. This allows us plenty of time to get set up, prepare our instruments, and be ready to begin when you are.
We pride ourselves on being punctual and professional. Your contracted performance time begins and ends according to your agreed-upon schedule.
If additional time is needed and our schedule permits, we’re happy to extend your performance in 30-minute increments.
💳 Booking & Payment
To reserve your date, a $300 non-refundable deposit is required 30 days before your event.
Once your deposit is received, your event date and the agreed-upon musicians/instrumentation will be secured for you.
The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event.
